I can help you to navigate through the process, give you emotional and physical support, and help you to be a better advocate for yourself.

What I Offer
Prenatal Visits
By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
Birthing Guidance
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
All About Me
As a certified Doula, I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with women and families around the Delmarva area. As well as physical support during labor, my role is also to act as an advocate for the birthing woman and her family.

When I am not involved with births, I am being mom to my 10 year old amazing twins. I have also been married to my adoring husband for over 16 years who fully supports this on call lifestyle. We love to travel, swim, and play games together as a family.
​
I believe that birth is a sacred journey from a woman to a mother. I believe a woman's body is perfectly designed and capable of giving birth. With the right people to support her, she can feel very empowered! I often hear moms say they didn't feel like their voice was heard when giving birth or that they didn't feel supported. I am there to help the woman see her potential and help her to trust her body. I am there to help the partner feel comfortable in supporting mom. I am there to share my own experiences of what birth can be like and give support so moms don't feel alone and can find their inner strength and voice in their birth experience.

-She was extremely helpful with pain management techniques during labor. The massage tricks she taught me really helped me feel comfortable. She explained how to use the equipment provided to help with dilation and labor. She was also an amazing advocate for my birth plan and helped insured I was not pressured to make a decision I’m am not comfortable with.
